Your wedding is as important to us as it is to you. The Benefield Wheatsheaf provides an idyllic setting for your special day. The traditional building, warm atmosphere, delicious food and views over open countryside make The Benefield Wheatsheaf a stunning venue.

The Benefield Wheatsheaf has two rooms licensed to hold civil wedding ceremonies performed by the Oundle Registry Office. We can cater for weddings of up to 60 guests in the Garden Room or, for a more intimate wedding, the Snug can hold up to 16 guests.

Whether or not your ceremony takes place at the Benefield Wheatsheaf, we offer excellent facilities for wedding receptions and banquets. Up to 60 guests can be accommodated in the Garden Room and up to 250 guests can be catered for in a marquee on the lawn. Exclusive use of the venue can be arranged on request.

Our personal Wedding Co-ordinator will help you to prepare and organise this special occasion, including the fine details such as individually created menus and canapes, drinks & wines to be served, table layout, table and room decoration, to meet your exact requirements. Additionally, we can provide luxury accommodation for up to 37 guests in our 19 en-suite rooms. These include 10 superior rooms, one of which is a self-contained attic room and one with a four-poster bed.
